About our new brasserie
Brasserie du Dôme is a new French Brasserie soon opening its doors. Created by Chef Fréderic Chabbert and his wife Evangeline, it celebrates the real French brasserie classics — no gimmicks, no “neo” trends, just honest cooking in the spirit of a true Parisian brasserie.
Responsibilities
- Improve your cooking skills — from the real basics and building up
- Contribute in every aspect of the brigade — in a small team, every role matters
- Work side by side with the chef and team during service
- Keep your station clean and organized
Profile
We’re not looking for someone with a long CV. What counts is your attitude: motivated, curious, and eager to grow. At Brasserie du Dôme, you’ll be mentored directly by Chef Fréderic Chabbert — a Michelin-starred chef who knows his craft inside out and takes pride in teaching it properly. This is where you build the real foundations of cooking: the classics, done the right way, until they become second nature. We’re looking for someone serious about their future in the kitchen — ready to invest in themselves and become a true cook.
