What you will be doing.
As a Chef de Partie, you will take care of a specific section within our high-performing kitchen. You will be responsible for preparing and maintaining mise-en-place, managing orders with care, and ensuring your station is always service-ready. During service, you will support the Head Chef with plating and service. Cleanliness, organization, and attention to detail are essentials.
You are:
Motivated, curious, passionate about cooking and ready to grow. Fine dining experience is a plus.
Working hours
- Wednesday - Saturday Dinner
- Thursday - Saturday Lunch - Service coupe
