About our new brasserie
Brasserie du Dôme is a new French brasserie that recently opened its doors. Founded by Chef Fréderic Chabbert and his wife Evangeline, it is all about true French brasserie classics — no gimmicks, no “neo” trends, just honest cooking in the spirit of a real Parisian brasserie.
Responsibilities
- You help ensure smooth service in the dining room, always with a warm smile.
- Taking orders, refilling drinks, welcoming guests, preparing the dining room… all form part of your role.
Profile
- We are looking for someone cheerful and enthusiastic; experience is a plus.
- You are eager to learn and not afraid of hard work.
- You speak fluent Dutch (French and English are an advantage).
