Dôme sur Mer is a trendy seafood bistro. We offer the freshest fish and seafood in a relaxed yet elegant and cozy atmosphere. We serve a diverse clientele of regular patrons and tourists in a welcoming and pleasant manner. In our open kitchen, where most dishes are cooked directly on the plancha, purity and simplicity are the keywords.
Responsibilities
- Preparing cold dishes and desserts during mise en place
- Cooking and finishing dishes during service
- Collaborating with the rest of the team to ensure flawless service
- Maintaining a clean and organized workspace
Profiel
We are seeking an individual with a positive and inquisitive mindset. At Dôme sur Mer, we place a higher value on this attribute than prior experience. Working closely with our small, tight-knit team, you will receive excellent guidance and development in our kitchen.
