• Ensure smooth service during lunch and dinner, together with the service and kitchen team.
• Present food and drinks with knowledge and care, happily sharing details about our menu or wine selection when needed.
• Keep the dining area clean and elegant, contributing to a relaxed yet refined atmosphere.
• Pass on any guest questions or feedback to the Restaurant Manager or chef de rang.
• Contribute to a welcoming culture where both colleagues and guests feel at home.

• Experience as a waiter or in a similar role is a strong plus, but not a must – your motivation and guest-oriented mindset are what matter most.
• Flexibility to work shifts between 9:00 and 23:00, including weekends and holidays.
• A team player with an eye for detail who thrives in a dynamic environment.
• Strong communication skills – fluent in Dutch or English (additional languages are a plus!).
• Interested in a full-time (38h) or part-time position

Our location is easy to reach no matter where you're coming from. The event center and Arno Ristorante are located at Akkerhage 2B, 9000 Ghent, near exit 9 (U.Z. Gent) of the E17.
Driving? You can park worry-free in our spacious free parking lot. Cyclists, scooter users, and speed pedelec riders can easily access us via safe, well-developed bike paths and use our convenient on-site bike storage. Public transport is also an excellent option, with tram and bus stops within walking distance and smooth connections via De Lijn.
