We are currently looking for a Floor Assistant to join our dynamic team.
This is a hands-on service role with additional responsibilities in the daily operations of the restaurant. The ideal candidate is an experienced waiter or waitress who is passionate about Italian cuisine, enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in delivering exceptional guest experiences.

We’re Hiring: Waiter / floor Assistant (Full-Time)
Location: Paesano Restaurant, Eilandje – Antwerp

• Deliver professional and engaging service to guests during lunch and dinner service
• Support with floor organization, table planning, and coordination during busy periods
• Assist with operational tasks such as placing supplier orders and managing reservations
• Maintain a high standard of hospitality, ensuring every guest feels welcome and valued
• Work closely with the team to create a smooth, energetic, and enjoyable service flow

• Experience in restaurant or hospitality service (minimum 1–2 years)
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Proactive, reliable, and a genuine team player
• Able to remain calm and focused during peak service times
• Passionate about Italian food, wine, and lively dining culture
