Interstate Hotels & Resorts are now looking for a Restaurant Host & Bartender to join the team at Marriott Ghent.

As Restaurant host & Bartender, you are responsible for the smooth operation of the food and beverage department throughout the hotel.

Your role will also include:

• Ensuring exceptional service is delivered to each guest in line with brand standards in bar, restaurant and at banqueting events.
• Work closely with the Head Chef to ensure a well rounded and coordinated service is delivered on each shift.
• Monitor guest feedback and deal with any queries in a timely and efficient manner.
• Being an ambassador to the brand
• Overall stock control of the restaurant & bar

To be successful in this role, you will have experience working in a similar role.
