Butchers Coffee is a specialty coffee and brunch café in Antwerp. We serve creative, seasonal dishes made with high-quality ingredients in a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere. We're a young, ambitious team that values creativity, teamwork, and continuous improvement.

• Prepare and serve high-quality brunch and lunch dishes
• Take the lead in the kitchen during your shifts
• Ensure smooth daily kitchen operations
• Contribute to the development of new seasonal dishes
• Monitor food quality and presentation
• Maintain a clean, organised and efficient workspace
• Help reduce food waste by improving processes and managing stock efficiently
• Work closely with the front-of-house team to deliver a great guest experience

• Passionate about cooking and quality ingredients
• Hard-working, reliable and well organised
• Able to work independently and take responsibility
• Comfortable leading the kitchen when needed
• Creative and eager to contribute new ideas
• Solution-oriented with an eye for reducing waste
• Positive attitude and a true team player
• Previous kitchen experience is required
