- Full food prep / mise-en-place
- Follow up stock inventory
- Running the open kitchen independently!
- HCCP knowledge is a must
- New menu and development

- Experience or strong affinity with the Japanese cuisine and culture.
- Be enthusiastic with a proactive mentality.
- Good communicative and motivational attitude.
- Be responsible and accurate.
- Our company language is English.

Monday dinner
Tuesday dinner
Thursday lunch + dinner
Friday lunch + dinner
Saturday lunch + dinner
First Sunday of the month dinner
(Free on Wednesday and 3 Sundays)
