We are currently looking for Hospitality Manager Events

As Hospitality Manager Events for our AED location, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating and executing events at this venue. You will play a critical role in ensuring our
clients' satisfaction, managing logistics, managing staff, maintaining client relationships, maintaining quality standards and managing the budget. You will work closely with the
operational events manager and serve as the primary point of contact for our client AED.

• Plan and coordinate on-site AED events, including preparing scripts, arranging facilities, and setting deadlines.
• To be responsible for the overall execution of the project, and to ensure that your teams
comply with and apply the relevant standards and rules of the trade throughout the project.
• Apply and ensure compliance with all safety and food safety measures.
• Manage logistical aspects of events, including catering, transportation, and room layout.
• Lead the event team, including managing staff, assigning tasks, and providing training and support.
• Maintain regular contact with our client AED to understand and exceed their needs and expectations.
• Follow up on incoming quotes from our client AED and ensure timely and accurate responses.
• Work with the operational events manager to ensure all operational aspects of events run smoothly.

Demonstrated experience in event planning, preferably in the hospitality or catering industry.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.

• Analytical thinking skills and proficiency in budget management.
• Flexibility to work outside regular business hours, including evenings and weekends, subject to event scheduling.
