Hospitality with leadership: you're the driving force behind our service team!

Courtyard by Marriott Ghent is looking for an experienced and driven F&B Supervisor to lead our restaurant team. As a key figure on the floor, you are the go-to person for both colleagues and guests. You ensure seamless service, smooth cooperation with kitchen and bar, and a warm experience from start to finish.

Your impact behind the scenes

• You lead the service team and coordinate day-to-day operations.
• You welcome guests and ensure professional and personalized service.
• You manage shift planning and efficient task division.
• You coach, motivate, and support waitstaff on the floor.
• You monitor operational standards and step in when needed.
• You ensure smooth communication between floor, kitchen and bar.
• You handle feedback or complaints discreetly and with a guest-first mindset.
• You actively work on the floor during busy times and lead by example.
  

Who are we looking for?

• You have relevant experience as an F&B Supervisor or in a similar leadership role in hospitality.
• You radiate maturity and calm, even during peak hours.
• You are willing to work in shifts between 7 AM and 11 PM, including weekends and public holidays.
• You are a connecting leader who knows how to motivate and structure a team.
• You communicate clearly and fluently in Dutch or English (additional languages are a plus!).
• You are well-organized with an eye for detail and the bigger picture.
• You are looking for full-time (38h) or part-time (at least 4/5) work.
