Operational excellence is your middle name: our ODL branches in Brussels and Leuven can count on your support to get a flawless customer experience while striving for maximum turnover. Cash flows, sales and inventory data, revenue KPI's,... we can feel you getting excited! A true people manager at heart: you pay attention to the needs of our team members, set up and followup the KPI's and discuss and implement improvement points. Interviews, coaching and motivating to move forward, detecting needs and dealing with them, pragmatic solutions for unexpected problems,... we can feel your heart beat faster! To top it all off, processes and procedures hold no secrets for you? You are familiar with quality and safety norms and HACCP-regulation, you know how to evaluate existing procedures or set up new ones.

You have at least 5 years of experience in hospitality, within a similar role and with managing a team. Are you this multilingual hospitality person? Our teams are culturally diverse and we're proud of that! Speaking Dutch or French will be very helpful in this job, however all official communication is in English. We expect you to keep up!
