Profile
As Executive Chef, you enjoy a high level of autonomy in your kitchen: you develop daily specials, seasonal dishes and your own culinary signature. You assist in creating staff schedules, allowing you to build flexibility into your planning while respecting a healthy work-life balance. We are looking for someone who can work both independently and in a supportive role within the team.
PROFILE
• Proven experience in a leadership role within a professional kitchen team
• Strong knowledge of food cost control, stock management and kitchen organisation
• A coaching, positive leadership style
• Broad culinary interest – from classic to modern, from local traditions to international influences
• Hands-on mentality and a genuine passion for hospitality

• A varied position with plenty of diversity – no two days are the same
• A full-time permanent contract (Category IX Chef, 38 hours/week)
• Possibility to perform up to 30 gross-net overtime hours per month under attractive conditions
