In a classic building on Lange Gasthuisstraat, Blueness Antwerp opened its doors in the spring of 2022. A cosmopolitan atmosphere and oriental mystique meet under the roof of the former Verso café.
With the inauguration of an experienced Lady Chef and Lady Maître under the mentorship of Sergio Herman, the Sergio Herman Group has turned Blueness Antwerp into an exceptional culinary destination.
Chef Jaclyn Kong and Maître Dorine Van Den Eynde share a healthy dose of ambition as well as a common past in the Sergio Herman Group. Both ladies worked in Oud Sluis*** as well as The Jane**.
While Jaclyn has also been part of the Pure C** team and Blueness Cadzand, Dorine has expanded her experience at Dinner by Heston Blumenthal** in London and restaurant 108* in Copenhagen.
These culinary personalities combine an interpretation of modern French cuisine with Japanese accents and ensure an unparalleled hospitality experience.
For this restaurant we can use your positive energy, vibrant personality and work ethic. Preparing our Blueness cocktails and various Classic cocktails behind the bar will be your main task. Do you want to take up the challenge in a team of hospitality professionals?

- You can offer guests a warm and hospitable welcome.
- Creating a casual atmosphere with a professional and personal approach to the guest.
- Assisting guests with the necessary knowledge of drinks and dishes.
- Preparing various cocktails.
- Preparing hot and cold drinks.
- Preparing the service.
- You work with the team to deliver the perfect service and quality.
- Ensuring order and tidiness.

- You have a neat and tidy appearance and you are punctual.

- You can work independently and act as a collegiate in a team.

Work Schedule
- Full-time, spread over a 4-day working week.
- Blueness is open from Monday to Saturday for lunch & dinner.
