Tasks
- You lead the kitchen and help define its direction
- You safeguard quality, especially at the stove & in all meat preparations
- You manage and motivate a small, driven team
- You contribute to menu development, product choices and efficiency
- You ensure every service runs like a well‑oiled machine
Profile
- Experience as a chef (3 years) or a strong sous‑chef (5 years) ready to take the next step
- You can cook meat perfectly — non‑negotiable
- You thrive under pressure and enjoy the rhythm of service
- You work clean, structured and with pride
- You’re eager to build something
Work Schedule
Monday to Friday.
Start date
Immediate.
Offer
- Full‑time, permanent contract with a strong salary based on experience (negotiable)
- Closed on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays
