• Responsible for the development of original drink menu items and the design of new and innovative cocktails
• Preparation of all drinks, hot and cold.
• Maintaining the bar area in accordance with all company hygiene standards and local food and drink laws.
• Storing all fresh items and merchandise for the bar in the designated areas.
• Arranging and maintaining clean areas at regular, pre-scheduled intervals
• Maintain alcohol inventory and ensure supply by means of inventory forms
• Using resources responsibly to control expenditure
• Work in harmony with the kitchen and restaurant floor team while setting an example of commitment, ethics, and work habits to other staff members.

• Bilingual Fr/Ang or Fr/Dutch (with basic knowledge of Dutch or English)
• Experience in the sector
• Passionate about mixology
• Barista and wine knowledge is a plus
• Excellent appearance, neat, friendly, welcoming, and willing to advise the customer
• Methodical, disciplined, punctual, stress resistant
• Team player
• Flexible
