Historic Hotels Belgium is a family-owned collection of four unique historic hotels in the heart of Ghent. We combine authentic heritage, modern comfort, and warm hospitality to create memorable guest experiences.

Breakfast Team:

• Prepare and replenish the breakfast buffet (hot & cold items).
• Ensure the breakfast area is clean, organized, and well-presented at all times.
• Welcome and assist guests during breakfast service.
• Clear tables and maintain the breakfast room throughout the service.
• Wash dishes and keep the kitchen clean and organized.
• Prepare the mise en place for the following day.
• Follow food safety and hygiene standards.
• Support colleagues during lunches, dinners, and events when needed
  
  Student/Flexi Opportunities: As a student or flexi worker, you can be scheduled in different departments depending on your experience, availability, and the hotel's needs, including:
• Dishwasher
• Breakfast Team Member
• Waiter/Waitress
• Bar Staff
• Kitchen Assistant
• Cook We will find the position that best matches your skills and interests while supporting our teams across all four hotels.

• You are enthusiastic, reliable, and guest-oriented.
• You enjoy working in a team and have a positive attitude.
• You are flexible and willing to support different departments when needed.
• You can work independently and stay organized during busy periods.
• Previous experience in hospitality is an advantage, but not required.
• You are available to work weekends and public holidays when needed.
• You speak English. Knowledge of Dutch and/or French is an asset.

Breakfast Team : Morning shifts between 7:00 AM and 1:00 PM.

Bar & Events : Flexible shifts, mainly in the morning, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and during events. (Working hours may vary depending on occupancy, events, and operational needs.)
