Tâches
- Support daily mise en place and preparation under the guidance of senior chefs
- Work accurately and consistently within an assigned kitchen section
- Maintain high standards of hygiene, organization, and efficiency
- Assist during service to ensure precise execution of each dish
- Take part in tastings, menu preparations, and product knowledge moments
- Contribute to a professional, positive, and team-focused kitchen culture
Profil
- Minimum 1 to 2 years of experience in a fine dining environment
- Enthusiastic, motivated, and eager to grow
- Strong sense of cleanliness, precision, and organisation
- Eye for detail with a hands-on mentality
- Able to perform well under pressure
- Positive attitude and strong team spirit
- Eligible to work in Belgium/EU
Horaires de travail
- Fixed days off on Mondays, Saturday lunch and Sundays.
