In this role, you take ownership of your own section (hot or cold) and play a key role in the daily operation of the kitchen. You safeguard quality and flow during service, work closely with your colleagues, and actively contribute to a refined and consistent experience on the plate.

• Experience in a similar role within a fine dining environment
• A strong sense of responsibility and team spirit
• A professional attitude with a sharp eye for detail
• Structured, hands-on and able to perform under pressure
• Communicative in English and/or Dutch
