We are currently looking for Chef de Rang to join our dynamic team at Stanhope Hotel Brussels by Thon Hotels.

• Luxurious. We were the first hotel to receive 5-stars in Brussels.
• English charm. The hotel and restaurant is decorated in traditional British style

As a Demi-Chef de rang, you will consistently provide excellent service with a smile, guide guests through the menu, and offer tailored advice on meals and drinks, while adapting to various F&B settings and contributing to service improvements based on guest feedback.

• Experience in a similar position. Experience in a (hotel) restaurant as waiter or demi-chef de rang is required.
• Customer oriented. Making people happy is your priority.
• Communication. You love being in contact with others in English and French; any other language is a plus.
• Flexible. No 9-5 mentality. Waking up early and staying up late are no issues for you.
• Accurate. You have an eye for detail.
• Varied work. You will have the possibility to work at the Brighton Restaurant, the Library Bar and the Events Department.
