As a Waiter at BÚN Bar & Restaurant, you will be an essential part of our dynamic team, contributing to the overall guest experience. Your responsibilities will include:

• Guest Service: Provide attentive and personalized service to guests in the dining areas, ensuring a positive and enjoyable experience.
• Order Taking and Delivery: Efficiently take orders, relay them to the kitchen, and serve dishes with precision and care.
• Table Maintenance: Keep tables clean and organized, resetting them for the next guests, and ensuring a tidy dining environment.
• Cleanliness and Organization: Ensure the cleanliness and tidiness of the dining and service areas, adhering to health and safety standards.
• Product Knowledge: Familiarize yourself with the menu, including ingredients and preparation methods, to answer guest inquiries and make recommendations.
• Collaboration: Work closely with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth communication and efficient service.
• Upselling: Identify opportunities to upsell menu items and promote specials to enhance the guest experience.
• Payment Handling: Process guest payments accurately and efficiently, providing a seamless conclusion to their dining experience.

Must-Haves:

• Previous experience in a customer service role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Exceptional command of either English or Dutch.

Nice-to-Have:

• Wine, beer and/or cocktail knowledge,
• Interest in Asian hospitality and culture.

• Tuesday through Saturday, Thursday lunch closed.
