Madame Som Tam is a modern restaurant, but we create authentic Thai food with authentic Thai ingredients. We have 50 couverts and a small take away.
Tâches
- Mastery of all knowledge and skills of cook level.
- Preparing starters and main courses that need to be baked, fried and roasted.
- Marinating meat products that need to be baked, fried and roasted.
- Carrying out the preparations, monitoring/checking the quality, doneness, taste, colour, fluidity, etc. and making adjustments/dosing.
- Cleaning your own working environment, kitchen equipment and machines and assisting any kitchen helper with the complete cleaning of the kitchen.
Profil
- Good knowledge of Thai ingredients and their use in Thai cooking
- A good team player who is flexible and has good communication skills.
Horaires de travail
Working days: Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday
