Awarded Gault Millau "Asian of the year" shortly after opening and prolonging their Michelin Bib Gourmand for multiple years.

Tâches

  • Being able to run a section
  • Organizing preparations and orders.
  • Running your production and the service while
  • Maintain cleaning and hygiene procedures.
  • Thinking along and developing dishes and efficiency.
  • Supporting colleagues and temps/trainee’s

Profil

  • You have a predilection for Asian cuisine and culture.
  • Have experience in a fine dining kitchen
  • Work with an enthusiastic and proactive attitude.
  • Good communicative and motivational attitude towards colleagues.
  • Carries out the responsibilities of the position accurately in preparation/closing
