• Coordinate dining room service and allocate tasks within the team of waiters and floor staff.
• Welcome guests in a professional manner and ensure their experience runs smoothly from start to finish.
• Provide clear instructions during service and guide colleagues in presenting dishes and drinks.
• Supervise the cleanliness and order of the dining area and ensure smooth cooperation between the kitchen and the service team.
• Communicate guest needs, feedback, or improvement points to the Restaurant Manager and actively contribute ideas.
• Lead by example in customer service and contribute to a respectful and supportive work culture.

• You have experience in a supervisory role in hospitality, or as a waiter with potential to grow.
• You are well-organized and maintain oversight, even during busy periods.
• You are flexible – willing to work shifts between 10 a.m. and 12 p.m., including weekends and public holidays.
• You have strong communication skills and speak fluent Dutch or English (other languages are an advantage).
• You work accurately, with attention to detail and quality.
