We’re looking for a highly organised and detail-focused Cluster HR Coordinator to join our team in Ghent. This is a pivotal support role, ensuring that HR operations run smoothly across four exceptional properties, including the newly opened Residence Inn by Marriott. From managing payroll and maintaining accurate records to handling recruitment administration and compliance, you’ll be the person who keeps everything on track behind the scenes.
