Nando isn't just another restaurant — it's Nonna's kitchen, brought to life in Wilrijk, Antwerp. Retro details, honest Italian comfort food, and a room that feels like family. We're looking for a Waiter / Service Responsible to own the floor: someone who leads by example during service, keeps the room running like clockwork, and makes sure every guest leaves feeling like they just had dinner at home.

• Welcome guests and set the tone for the evening
• Take orders and serve with precision, even when it's slammed
• Own the floor during service — pace, table turns, team energy, guest happiness
• Coach and steady the team in real time; step in and solve problems before guests notice them
• Be the calm, capable presence management can count on when it gets busy

• Experience as a waiter or shift leader in hospitality
• A natural feel for service and a bit of leadership instinct
• Composure under pressure — busy nights don't rattle you
• Organized, hands-on, solutions over excuses
• English (required), basic Dutch (required); Italian or French is a real plus

Restaurant is open 7/7, with 2 days off per week (not fixed, based on the schedule).

• Full-time, 38h contract
• €16.00–€18.00 brutto/hour, negotiable based on experience
• Meal vouchers, holiday pay, and a 13th month
• Bike allowance and uniform provided
• Real responsibility on the floor from day one — with a clear path to become manager within your first 6 to 12 months
• Room to grow within a restaurant group that's expanding
