For our brand-new CINNAMOOD store in Antwerp city center, we are looking for a responsible and reliable baker. In this role, you will be the heart of our in-store bakery—baking our signature cinnamon rolls, finishing them with varied toppings, and ensuring smooth daily operations.

You will mostly work independently in the kitchen (as the first to arrive), while collaborating closely with a young and friendly front-of-house team of 2–3 people

This is what a typical day looks like. You will be responsible for:

• Baking & Creative Topping: Bake our signature cinnamon rolls and finish them off with our beautiful, varied toppings.
• Kitchen Hygiene: Take care of overall cleanliness, ensuring our kitchen always meets high health and safety standards.
• Inventory & Ordering: Keep an eye on our supplies, manage inventory, and handle ordering so we never run out of the good stuff.
• Daily Collaboration: Work together with the front-of-house team to keep our display counter looking fresh and appetizing.
