Oats Day Long is an all day oats inspired cafe. Known for its signature sweet and savoury porridge dishes, the organic menu boasts a wild variety of familiar brunch dishes and new innovations like oatmeal pancakes, açaí bowls, eggs and avocado toast. Just like the food, all drinks are made-to-order using organic produce for juices & smoothies and lightly roasted speciality coffee served with oat milk and homemade syrups. No time to stop by? Oats Day Long’s menu goes great on delivery or can be ordered ahead for pick-up instore.
Tâches
Key responsibilities
- You are passionated about preparing quality food in our open kitchen
- You are able to lead the kitchen independently
- You direct students in the kitchen and keeps the overview between eat in, delivery and take out orders
- You are knowledgable about the menu and are eager to help with questions about the menu
- You make sure that your workstation is always clean and your fridges are always organized
- You work in a clean and structured way where you follow the HACCP rules at all time
- You report the kitchen ordering list to the store manager and assistant manager
Profil
What we expect
- You love making food with healthy and pure ingredients. You have professional kitchen experience for minimum 1 year
- You have a positive attitude that contributes to a positive team atmosphere
- You understand hospitality and want to give our customers an oatsome experience
- You are hands-on and can handle pressure
- You speak Dutch and/or English
