The Holiday Inn Brussels Airport is a 4* hotel located in the heart of the business district of Diegem, near Brussels airport.
We are looking for a full time Junior Sous-Chef for our restaurant which serves 30 000 meals a year.
- You have at least 2 years of experience as a (First) Chef de Partie and preferably in a high volume structure
- You are fluent in at least French.
- You are a hands-on person
- You like to challenge, train and develop your team
- Organized and rigorous, stress resistant
- You are creative and like to share your ideas: suggestion of new preparations, presentation, ....
- You communicate clearly and have an open mind to suggestions/comments.
- You are organized and attentive to the respect of rules: HACCP, stock control, conservation, ...
- You are passionate and trustworthy
