The Holiday Inn Brussels Airport is a 4* hotel located in the heart of the business district of Diegem, near Brussels airport.
We are looking for a full time Junior Sous-Chef for our restaurant which serves 30 000 meals a year.

Profiel

  • You have at least 2 years of experience as a (First) Chef de Partie and preferably in a high volume structure
  • You are fluent in at least French.
  • You are a hands-on person
  • You like to challenge, train and develop your team
  • Organized and rigorous, stress resistant
  • You are creative and like to share your ideas: suggestion of new preparations, presentation, ....
  • You communicate clearly and have an open mind to suggestions/comments.
  • You are organized and attentive to the respect of rules: HACCP, stock control, conservation, ...
  • You are passionate and trustworthy
  • Available quickly!
