Tasks
As sommelier of Le Pristine you have the opportunity to work with unique and exclusive wine references.
TASKS
- Creating a casual atmosphere with a professional and personal approach to the guest.
- Giving advice to guests on menu and drink selection.
- Serving guests and taking orders.
- Preparing hot and cold drinks.
- Preparing the service.
- Keeping the wine list up to date in consultation with the restaurant manager.
- Managing the wine stock.
- Keep up to date with the latest trends in the profession.
Profile
- Very good communicative skills (written and verbal).
- You are hospitable, friendly and have a natural courtesy.
- You have a neat and tidy appearance and you are punctual.
- You are flexible and adjust your position in favor of the team.
- You are commercial, stress resistant and put the guest first.
- You can organize, motivate and you have experience in the highest segment.
- Enthusiastic, passionate and ambitious.
- An eye for detail and a “hands-on” mentality.
Work Schedule
- Full-time, spread over a 4-day working week.
- Le Pristine is open from Monday to Saturday for lunch & dinner.
