Experienced Sous-Chef

Four our new restaurant in Gent we are looking for an ambitious sous-chef to come and work with us at Mission Masala. Someone who shares the same passion for Asian flavours. Knowledge of Indian food and spices is a plus but not a must.

Taken

  • Making and receiving food orders
  • Daily MEP
  • Running the kitchen when the chef is not around
  • Daily reporting to the chef

Profiel

  • Experienced in working in a kitchen (minimum 3 years in similar position).
  • Organizational skills.
  • Stress resistant.
  • Good English communication.
  • Good knowledge of HACCP rules.
  • Punctual & Responisble
  • Dynamic personality

Uurrooster

Full-Time, 5 days a week (including at least one day in the weekend).
