Four our new restaurant in Gent we are looking for an ambitious sous-chef to come and work with us at Mission Masala. Someone who shares the same passion for Asian flavours. Knowledge of Indian food and spices is a plus but not a must.
- Making and receiving food orders
- Daily MEP
- Running the kitchen when the chef is not around
- Daily reporting to the chef
- Experienced in working in a kitchen (minimum 3 years in similar position).
- Organizational skills.
- Stress resistant.
- Good English communication.
- Good knowledge of HACCP rules.
- Punctual & Responisble
- Dynamic personality
- Full time, 5 days a week (including at least one day in the weekend).
- Full training from our Indian chef.
- Hours tbc
