In this leadership role, with a strong operational focus, you will ensure the smooth and efficient day-to-day operation of the restaurant. You will be highly visible on the shop floor, leading your team to achieve excellent results together.

Your responsibilities include:
Ensuring an attractive product presentation and optimal stock availability to maximize sales.
Monitoring compliance with HACCP and food safety regulations.
Being approachable for customers, listening to their needs, and actively contributing to high customer satisfaction.
Managing costs through efficient stock management, effective workforce planning, and waste reduction.
Motivating, coaching, and inspiring a team of approximately 25 employees, while supporting their professional development.
Ensuring compliance with operational standards and implementing new processes and strategies.

To succeed in this leadership position, you bring the following qualifications:
Several years of experience as a manager within concept restaurants, food retail, or catering.
Fluency in Dutch and a good command of English.
Solid knowledge of HACCP regulations.
Proven experience in coaching and leading a medium-sized team (approximately 15 employees or more).
A results-driven mindset with a strong eye for commercial opportunities.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to maintain an overview.
A hands-on, flexible attitude, with a preference for being present on the shop floor.
An enthusiastic, energetic, and approachable personality who inspires others.
