Black Smoke brings serious BBQ to the heart of Antwerp, featuring a fine bar, a BBQ restaurant, and a rooftop bar – all centred around one thing: craftsmanship. At Black Smoke, we blend American BBQ traditions with local influences for a rock-your-socks-off BBQ experience.
Our pitmasters tame blazing flames in their hell’s kitchen, preparing yankee-style 'low & slow' BBQ dishes on wood-fired smokers and 'hot & fast' grill classics on our unique Argentinian parrilla grill. Meanwhile, Belgium’s Best Bartenders shake up award-winning cocktails and pour ultra-locally-crafted beers straight from the cellars of Brouwerij De Koninck.
To strengthen our bar team, led by Bar Manager Stefanos Sdralis, we are currently looking for an experienced Bartender.

Under the supervision of Bar Manager Stefanos Sdralis, you will serve an outstanding selection of beers, wines, spirits, and liqueurs. Experience in cocktail-making is not essential, but the willingness to learn is a must!

Tâches

  • Operate and assist during service
  • Ensure smooth communication and collaboration between floor, bar, and kitchen
  • Guarantee guest satisfaction
  • Prepare mise en place for service
  • Handle drink orders: alcoholic beverages, aperitifs, coffee, beer, and potentially cocktails
  • Maintain cleanliness and order behind the bar
  • Entertain and inform guests seated at the bar

Profil

Food & drink are in your DNA, and you have a solid knowledge of both alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages. We are looking for a team player with a positive attitude and enough flair to shine behind the bar. You are not afraid of hard work and are comfortable with longer shifts and weekend work.

Horaires de travail

Variable schedule over a 5-day work week with one fixed day off: Monday. The second day off is to be discussed and agreed upon.
